BRUT 172
REIJMERSTOK / THE NETHERLANDS
A transformation of a farm and barn into a fine dining restaurant
172 meter above Normal Amsterdam Level ( NAL / NAP) in Limburg, the South of the Netherlands in the country hillside Niels Maier created a fine dining concept for Hans van Wolde ( Former chef and owner of Beluga in Maastricht, former 2 Michelin star restaurant ). The Layout is based on a personal and fragmented experience by the vision of the chef and owner Hans van Wolde. The result is a refined interior with a bold mix between a pared down and natural brutal atmosphere in a minimal luxury and rich set up.
